City of Glendale / PBS&J, ITS Master Contract, Glendale, Arizona

Rylander Consulting is a subconsultant to PBS&J and the team was selected in 2009 for an ITS master on-call contract by the City of Glendale, Arizona.

City of Scottsdale / Stanley Consultants, ITS Master Contract, Scottsdale, Arizona

Rylander Consulting is a subconsultant to Stanley Consultants and our team was recently selected for an ITS master on-call contract by the City of Scottsdale, Arizona.

Wisconsin DOT / Jacobs, ITS Master Contracts, Wisconsin

Rylander Consulting is a subconsultant to Jacobs Engineering and our team was recently selected for two ITS master contracts by the Wisconsin Department of Transportation, Bureau of Highway Operations.  One master contract is for statewide ITS & electrical systems design services, and the second one is a statewide traffic incident management specialty master contract.

City of Milwaukee, Summerfest Advanced Parking Guidance System, Milwaukee

Rylander Consulting is a subconsultant to Jacobs for Phase II of this project to design an event-based advanced parking guidance system for travelers destined to downtown Milwaukee. The second phase expands system coverage throughout downtown and is currently under design.  It will use both dynamic message signs within a larger downtown wayfinding system to provide guidance with dynamic and static signs, as well as disseminate the real-time information over the Internet.  

Wisconsin DOT / Ayres Associates, Traffic Engineering Master Contract, Wisconsin

Rylander Consulting is a subconsultant to Ayres Associates and our team was recently selected for a statewide traffic engineering services master contract by the Wisconsin Department of Transportation, Bureau of Highway Operations.

Rylander Consulting provided professional services to a consulting firm in support of its efforts to update the firm’s strategic plan. This work involved revisiting their new business development goals, priorities and activities. Gary conducted an off-site strategic planning retreat for key staff which included: facilitating collective and break-out group discussions; helping assess the firm’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats; and sharing his assessment of emerging trends as well as potential project opportunities and possible strategic teaming partners.
