About Rylander Consulting, LLC

Rylander Consulting, LLC was formed in 2007 by Gary Rylander as a one-person consulting firm offering professional services in the planning, design, operations and management of traffic and transportation engineering projects and intelligent transportation systems (ITS).  

The firm also provides professional services to consulting firms related to management and new business development practices. 

Gary works and resides in Middleton, Wisconsin, which is in the Madison area.
